Interesting expansion of the gods’ stories and motives from the simple myths I read as a kid…and the illustrations are wow!

I can’t take too much credit for the images as they are AI-generated. I used Shutterstock’s AI because Shutterstock actually compensates the artists whose images are used in training. It’s a beta tool, but it works very well for some things.

I think many of us got our first taste of Greek myths from children’s books. For me, it was D’Aulaire’s Book of Greek Myths. From there, I’ve read a lot, including most of the original literature (though not, sadly, in the original Greek. I find a mythic base can be a good stimulant for the imagination.
